Return Policy

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after purchase.

Return any unused items with a copy of your receipt, packing list or a note referencing your order number to the address below:

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less shipping fees, within 30 days. 

For your convenience you may request a return label by emailing Customer Service at hello@niceseats.com 

Shipping fees on outgoing orders and return orders are non-refundable. 

International Orders

Import Taxes:

NiceSeats is not responsible for any import fees or tax duty fees imposed by customs departments of import countries.

Returns:

If you wish to return product from an international order the time window will be extended to 60 days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Liability of Lost or Stolen Packages 

NiceSeats takes responsibility for all packages sent to its customers until the tracking states "Delivered" or "Notice Left". At this time the responsibility transfers to the buyer.
